Postage and Packaging

Most weeks, orders are picked and packed and dispatched on Mondays (except Bank Holidays), Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

If your order is placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday, your item will be dispatched the next working day.

If for any reason there is a delay or an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you a choice of options or a refund.

If your item is returned to Let's Eco undelivered due to an incorrect postal address or if the parcel has not been collected from the courier in time, you will need to pay the full postage cost to have your order re-sent to you.

UK Postal Charges

Delivery costs are charged at a standard rate.

Delivery times vary depending on location but we expect most orders to reach you within 3-10 working days in the UK.

Our mission, when it comes to packaging, is to reduce the environmental impact by using as minimal packaging as possible, whilst ensuring that your items are protected and arrive safe and in perfect condition.

All of the packaging used is plastic-free. The cardboard boxes used are currently made from 70% recycled materials and are fully recyclable and biodegradable. 

Where necessary, we use recycled shredded paper for padding and packages are sealed with brown recycled paper tape, which is 100% biodegradable and compostable. We re-use packaging that we already have where possible.

If your order is a gift for someone, you can choose the 'Buying a GIFT' packing option. This way your order will be packed in a box with shredded paper, stamped with the 'Let's Eco' logo, tied up with a raffia paper ribbon and placed inside an outer layer of packaging. This packing option carries a small extra cost of 75p.  

If ordering multiple products and/or kits that are to be sent as one gift please only add one 'Buying a GIFT' packing option to your order and include any instructions in the message box.
